Enable On-the-go File Access

On-the-go file access is currently supported with ActionFlow and Moraware.

Mobile App

A new documents screen has been added to the mobile app. This gives direct access to the files to service technicians in the field.

If there ever seems to be a missing file in the mobile app, swipe down from the documents screen to force us to update and make sure you have everything up-to-date.

ActionFlow Setup

No setup necessary. Documents work straight out of the box.

Moraware Setup

Granting access in Moraware simply requires setting the correct permissions. In the Job/Lead section, make sure Create, Read, and Update is checked off for Files for the PinPoint user role.

Once that is complete, documents will start automatically showing up for appointments as they are updated.
