How to Update Your Notification Contact

Updating your notification contact is quick and easy:

  1. Sign into the PinPoint Portal as an admin user
  2. Click on the "Settings" menu on the right sidebar
  3. Click on "Locations"
  4. Click on the location you would like to edit ("Default Location" for example)
  5. Update the "Notification Email"
  6. Click "Update Company location"

Note, you can include multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma, ie email1@example.com, email2@exaple.com
