How to Add a Service Provider to PinPoint

To add a Service Provider navigate to the Service Technician/Provider tab

  • Select "Add Service Provider"
  • Add service provider name, preferred name, phone
  • Add email if sending an authentication code to an iPad
  • Add bio and upload pic (choose file) if providing
  • Check the send message box
  • Click "Create Service Provider" box

How to Connect Service Provider to Your Scheduling Software

After a service provider has been created in PinPoint, it can be connected to the service provider account in your scheduling software.

Before starting to connect a service provider, make sure an appointment for the service provide has been sync'd with PinPoint. The easiest way to do this is to schedule a test appointment for later today and wait about 15 minutes.

  1. Click on the service providers menu
  2. Click on the name of the service provider you want to connect
  3. Click on the "Integration Mapping" tab
  4. Click "Connect" beside any of the accounts you want connected
  5. Click on "Disconnect" beside any of the accounts you want disconnected
