How to Sign Into the PinPoint Mobile App

  • You will access the app using the phone number of your device. This phone number must also be the phone number associated with your Service Technician profile from within PinPoint. If you are uncertain of the phone number please contact PinPoint support at 216-306-5225 or at support@pinpointstatus.com
  • Enter your phone number in the number field and click "Continue"
  • You will then receive a text message that will contain a verification code to continue

  • Upon the first login, it is not unexpected to see the message "No Appointments Available." The action of signing in authenticates your account with PinPoint and appointments can now be assigned to you.
  • You are now ready to start using PinPoint.
