How to Enable and Disable a Message


Message previews can be viewed under the "Custom Messaging" tab. Appointments that are enabled are highlighted in red, disabled messages are highlighted in grey. Messages are automatically enabled to be sent out.

  • To disable a message, choose which message you would like to turn off. Select "Settings."
  • Uncheck the "Send Messages Using this Template" box.
  • The message is now disabled and will not be sent to the customer.
